Just when you thought Google had thought of everything, introducing the Kevin Bacon Calculator

Google has turned the popular game Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, where you work out the number of connections between an actor and Kevin Bacon in terms of movie roles, into a calculator that is built into its search engine.

By googling ‘bacon number’ and an actor’s name, you are given the number of connections between that actor and Kevin Bacon.

See if you can get a bacon number higher than 4. It has me stumped.

Another April fools and another clever array of marketing campaigns. Google leads the way with its latest April Fools Joke– it has used 8bit graphics to create it’s world on Google maps, a throwback to the graphics of the 1980’s.
